The abstract cannot be published, but it can be presented in the conference if it is accepted. Please read the acceptance letter carefully and register according to the steps after you receive the notification.

For Delegates with NO SUBMISSION

To successfully register as the listener, please finish the registration process through the Online System. An account is needed for online registration. (Or you can contact conference mail box icere@ieet.ac.cn directly).

Notice
• One regular registration is recommended 10-15 Pages including all figures, tables, and references.
• One regular registration with one or more additional papers gets only one proceeding.
• For the authors who have difficulties paying US Dollars, please pay Euros or Chinese Yuan.
• If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please contact us by email icere@ieet.ac.cn (At least Ph.D holders above can apply).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to the Conference Secretary. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Conference Secretary.
• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
• The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
